The Innsbruck Promenade Concerts reinterpret open-air concerts, bridging the gap between classical and modern music. What already caused great enthusiasm in Paris, London and Vienna in the 19th century is continued in a very special way in the inner courtyard of the Imperial Palace in Innsbruck. Promenade concerts have democratised art music and opened it up to the public. Our concert series combines balmy summer evenings with music of the highest quality.
