Except for special concerts (admission: voluntary donations). From one hour after the start of the concert, discounted tickets are available at the entrances for € 5.
How do I get my tickets?
Online: Directly via our website (programme & tickets) and www.eventjet.at.
Online sales include seats and standing room for the rear area. Our system differentiates between seats (round purple symbols) and standing room (rectangular purple area). Fields with a grey background are already occupied.
For the standing area: There is a small contingent of free chairs for people with standing tickets, these are located behind the numbered rows of Block D, first come first serve. Own chairs are allowed, but not in the centre aisle. Please follow the instructions of the staff
Points of sale: Innsbruck Ticket Service, Burggraben 3 & Innsbruck-Igls Tourist Office, Hilberstraße 15.
Box office: Directly in front of the Hofburg. The ticket counter opens on 5 July, 2 hours before the performance begins.
Spontaneous attendance: Counting tickets are issued directly on site. There is limited free seating in the rear area (standing area). You are welcome to bring your own folding chairs for the standing area. Please be sure to check the availability of our seats on our website (programme & tickets) and www.eventjet.at.
Wheelchair users: Please buy a standing room ticket (see above), our staff will accompany you to a suitable seat. We recommend that accompanying persons buy a seat on the outer edge of blocks C or D. They can then sit next to each other. They can then sit next to each other. Unfortunately, there is no space for wheelchairs in the centre aisle.
Sold-out events and remaining tickets: Our concerts are sold out when our ticket system only displays grey symbols. This applies to both the seated and standing areas. Remaining tickets for the standing area are available at the entrances subject to availability. We do not accept any liability.
