Innsbruck Imperial Palace

Located in the historic centre of the city of Innsbruck, the Hofburg Innsbruck is an important part of Austria's architectural heritage. Since its foundation stone was laid, it has seen many rulers come and go, and the traces of Maximilian I, Maria Theresa and Sisi in particular are still omnipresent in the Hofburg today. The Hofburg in Innsbruck is one of the three most important cultural buildings in Austria, along with the Hofburg in Vienna and Schönbrunn Palace.
The unique setting in the courtyard of the Hofburg gives the Innsbruck Promenade Concerts an incomparable setting and a touch of imperial court music.
